Due to the bespoke nature of our services and factors beyond our control (including fabric characteristics, pre-existing conditions, and customer-provided instructions), we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

SERVICE OUTCOMES

Results of cleaning, stain removal, or alterations that align with industry standards but differ from customer expectations.

Issues arising from inherent fabric weaknesses (e.g., shrinkage, colour loss, delamination, silk tearing).

Incomplete stain removal where reasonable efforts were made.

ALTERATIONS & CUSTOM WORK

Work executed per customer-provided measurements, specifications, or fabric choices.

Goods altered/cut by the customer after return.

LATE/MISSED CLAIMS

Defects not reported within 24 hours of collection/delivery (with original receipt).

Unclaimed items disposed of after 2 weeks.

CHANGED MIND / DISSATISFACTION

Subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to service quality.
