No Refund Policy

SG MOP AND PAIL CLEANING SERVICES PTE LTD

Due to the bespoke nature of our services and factors beyond our control (including fabric characteristics, pre-existing conditions, and customer-provided instructions), we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. SERVICE OUTCOMES

    • Results of cleaning, stain removal, or alterations that align with industry standards but differ from customer expectations.

    • Issues arising from inherent fabric weaknesses (e.g., shrinkage, colour loss, delamination, silk tearing).

    • Incomplete stain removal where reasonable efforts were made.

  2. ALTERATIONS & CUSTOM WORK

    • Work executed per customer-provided measurements, specifications, or fabric choices.

    • Goods altered/cut by the customer after return.

  3. LATE/MISSED CLAIMS

    • Defects not reported within 24 hours of collection/delivery (with original receipt).

    • Unclaimed items disposed of after 2 weeks.

  4. CHANGED MIND / DISSATISFACTION

    • Subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to service quality.
